OMAHA (DTN) – Grain is trading higher after Sunday night’s open. Corn is up 4 1/2 cents and May soybeans are up 15 1/2 cents. May KC wheat is up 12 1/2 cents. In South America, the seven-day forecast for Brazil is mostly dry with some limited chances of mid-week showers in Argentina. Here in the US, snow is falling over Iowa and Minnesota. Temperatures are expected to gradually warm up this week with a chance of rain in the central plains. However, the southwestern US plains will remain mostly dry in hot Texas weather later this week. Crude oil in June is up $0.89 and Dow Jones futures are down 162 points. The US Dollar Index is down 0.01 and June Gold is up $17.70.
