Planisware’s IPO in France is aiming for a valuation of 1.11 to 1.25 billion euros

Oct 2 (Reuters) – French software company Planisware launched an initial public offering on Monday, aiming for a valuation of between 1.11 billion euros and 1.25 billion euros, as part of its aim to become the leading provider of software solutions for project portfolio management.

The group said it would sell 15.1 million shares at a price of between 16 and 18 euros each and hoped to raise 241 million euros ($254.52 million) from the share sale.

“We firmly believe that this IPO (…) will provide us with the means to achieve our goal of being the leading provider of multi-specialty project and portfolio management software solutions,” said Pierre Demonsant, co-founder and CEO of Planisware, in a statement statement.

The offering is expected to be priced on October 11th.
