LONDON, May 23 (Reuters) – Money market funds, which came under severe pressure when economies went into lockdown two years ago to combat COVID-19, may have underlying vulnerabilities that need to be addressed, Britain’s financial regulators said on Monday .
The Financial Conduct Authority and the Bank of England have published a discussion paper on possible reforms to the sector, citing concerns that threats to financial stability remain.
