Millennium Group International Holdings Ltd. announced Friday that it is reducing the size of its proposed IPO to two million shares and expects the offering to be priced at $4 per share.

Millennium Group International Holdings Ltd. announced Friday that it is reducing the size of its proposed IPO to two million shares and expects the offering to be priced at $4 per share.
The company previously announced it would offer five million shares of its common stock at $4 to $5 each.
Millennium Group is a holding company that operates as a paper-based packaging solutions provider through subsidiaries in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China and Vietnam, it said.
The company said it applied to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol MGIH.
Revere Securities and RF Lafferty & Co. are listed as underwriters of the offering.
