Linklaters advised the underwriters on the IPO of CAB Payments Holdings plc, a leading B2B cross-border payments and foreign exchange operator specializing in emerging markets, on the premium listing segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market.
The offer price was £3.35 per share, resulting in a market cap of approximately £851.4 million, making this the largest IPO in London this year.
The IPO will help CAB Payments pursue its strategy to deliver long-term, sustainable growth and solidify its position as the payments and foreign exchange partner of choice for blue-chip customers transacting in emerging markets, bringing the company to more people in traditional connect hard-to-reach markets -reach regions with global financial infrastructure, improve financial inclusion and strengthen local economies.
