Kodiak Gas Services Inc. on Wednesday priced 16 million shares at $16 a share for its initial public offering, down from the previous price range of $19 to $22. Shares of the company, which operates compression equipment to support oil and gas production, are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday under the ticker symbol “KGS.” The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.4 million additional shares at the IPO price. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Barclays were lead book-running managers for the offering.
