On Friday, a full-day training program titled “Pre-IPO Documentation and Post-IPO Compliance” was held in the conference room of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh, Khulna Branch.
ICMAB President Mamunur Rashid opened the training program as the main guest, while his secretary AKM Kamruzzaman was present as a special guest with ICMAB Khulna Branch Chairman Ashok Kumar Debnath.
The training program covered in detail different entry points before and after market entry. The Secretary of ICMAB, Dhaka Branch, Md. Nazrul Islam, was present as a contact person for the training program.
Senior officials from various banks and financial and trade institutions of the Khulna region attended the training program, according to a press release on Saturday.
In addition, the students of ICMAB, Khulna Branch, also participated in the program.
ICMAB Vice-Chairman, Khulna Branch, AKM Niamul Haque, Secretary Abdul Motaleb, Treasurer Md. Habibur Rahman Sheikh and other and Associate Members of ICMAB, Khulna Region were also present at the opening ceremony.
Abdul Motaleb, Secretary of ICMAB Khulna Branch, presided over the opening and closing ceremonies of the training program.
