New Delhi: Kandarp Digi Smart BPO Limited specializing in BPO services in support service solutions conducts its IPO for 27,00,000 shares with a total value of Rs 8.10 crores. The issue will open on September 16 and close on September 20, 2022. It will then be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
The initial public offering of 27,00,000 shares will be at Rs.30 per common share including a premium of Rs.20 per share and the par value per share will be Rs.10 for a total of Rs.810 crore. Out of 27,00,000 shares, up to 1,40,000 shares are reserved for subscription by the market maker for the issue (market maker reservation share). The non-issuance market maker reservation portion of up to 25,60,000 shares at Rs.10 each, including a stock premium of Rs.20 per share share, totaling 768 lakhs, will be the net issue. The lot size is 4,000 shares. The issue and the net issue will represent 30.09% and 28.53%, respectively, of the Company’s paid-up share capital after the issue. The lead manager of the issue is Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited and the registrar of the issue is Skyline Financial Services Private Limited.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be used for:
1. Meeting the working capital requirement
2. General corporate purpose
3. Coverage of issue costs
