IPOs this week: IPOs from Protean eGov Tech to ROX Hi-Tech; 4 new issues, 8 listings to keep the primary market going
IPOs next week: The primary market saw some large listings last month in both the motherboard segment and the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment, keeping investors busy with subscriptions and listings. There is also a lively market boom in November – also packed with new listings and initial public offerings (IPOs) that are available for subscription.
In the primary market, the mainboard IPOs of Cello World, Honasa Consumer and ESAF Small Finance Bank opened for capital raising last week ₹4,064 crore.
“In terms of the number of IPOs, India’s share of the global pie has risen sharply.” In 2021, India’s share of the total number of IPOs worldwide was 6 percent. “In 2022 it rose to 11 percent. In the first half of 2023, India’s share in the number of global IPOs increased to 13 percent,” said Mahavir Lunawat, Managing Director, Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd, a medium-sized investment bank.

“India’s IPO sector is booming and the country is leading the world in the number of public offerings this year.” The market rush is expected to continue well into 2024, with investors encouraged by strong stock market gains and a robust economy . 14 IPOs are planned this month alone. So far in 2023, 39 IPOs have been launched and achieved since the beginning of the year ₹“35,131.96 crore,” Lunawat added
“Next week looks promising with the focus on Protean eGov Technologies and ASK Automotive pushing for a raise.” ₹1,324 crore in funds,” the analyst said.
Ongoing issuances include ESAF Small Finance Bank IPO, Micropro Software Solutions IPO and Baba Food Processing IPO, which will close on November 7.

IPO of Protean eGov Technologies
The motherboard IPO is open for subscription on November 6th and closes on November 8th. Protean eGov Technologies IPO is a book edition of ₹490.33 crores. The issue is purely an offer for sale of shares worth ₹0.62 crore. The IPO price range of Protean eGov Technologies is at ₹752 tons ₹792 per share.
ASK Automotive IPO
The motherboard IPO is open for subscription on November 7th and closes on November 9th. ASK Automotive IPO is a book edition by ₹834.00 crore. The edition consists of a new edition of ₹834.00 crore and offer for sale of 2.96 crore equity shares. The price range for the IPO of ASK Automotive is ₹268 tons ₹282 per share.
Sunrest Lifescience IPO
The SME IPO opens for subscription on November 7th and closes on November 9th. The Sunrest Lifescience IPO is a fixed-price offering ₹10.85 crore. The issue is a fresh issue of 12.91 lakh shares only. Sunrest Lifescience IPO price is ₹84 per share.
IPO of ROX Hi-Tech
The SME IPO is open for subscription on November 7th and closes on November 9th. ROX Hi-Tech IPO is a book edition by ₹54.49 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh issues totaling 60.18 lakh shares ₹49.95 crore and offer for sale of 5.47 lakh equity shares totaling ₹4.54 crore. The price range for the IPO of ROX Hi-Tech is at ₹80 tonnes ₹83 per share.

KK Shah Hospitals: The shares of the SME IPO will be listed on the BSE SME on November 8. The refunds will be initiated on November 6 and the shares will be credited to demat accounts on November 7.
Maitreya Medicare Limited: The shares of the SME IPO will be listed on NSE SME on November 9. The allocation will be completed on November 6th. The refunds will be initiated on November 7 and the shares will be credited to demat accounts on November 8.
Transteel seating technologies: The shares of the SME IPO will be listed on the NSE SME on November 9. The allocation will be completed on November 6th. The refunds will be initiated on November 7 and the shares will be credited to demat accounts on November 8.
Vrundavan Plantation: The shares of the SME IPO will be listed on the BSE SME on November 9. The allocation will be completed on November 6th. The refunds will be initiated on November 7 and the shares will be credited to demat accounts on November 8.
Mixed designs: The shares of the SME IPO will be listed on the BSE SME on November 10. The allocation will be completed on November 7th. The refunds will be initiated on November 8 and the shares will be credited to demat accounts on November 9.
SAR Televenture: The shares of the SME IPO will be listed on NSE SME on November 8. The allocation will be completed on November 6th. The refunds will be initiated on November 7 and the shares will be credited to demat accounts on November 7.
