IPOs next week: The primary market saw some large listings last month in both the motherboard segment and the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment, keeping investors busy with subscriptions and listings. Continuing, the upcoming holiday-shortened week after Diwali is witnessing strong market excitement – also packed with new listings and initial public offerings (IPOs) available for subscription.

“In terms of the number of IPOs, India’s share of the global pie has risen sharply.” In 2021, India’s share of the total number of IPOs worldwide was 6 percent. “In 2022 it rose to 11 percent. In the first half of 2023, India’s share in the number of global IPOs rose to 13 percent,” said Mahavir Lunawat, Managing Director, Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd, a medium-sized investment bank.

The SME IPO is open for subscription on November 16, 2023 and closes on November 20, 2023. The Arrowhead Seperation Engineering IPO is a fixed price offering of 13.00 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of shares worth ₹5.58 lakh. Arrowhead Seperation Engineering’s IPO price is 233 per share.

Protean eGov technologies: The shares of the mainboard IPO will be listed on BSE and NSE on November 13.

ASK Automotive: The shares of the Mainboard IPO are expected to be listed on BSE and NSE on November 15.

Baba food processing: The shares of the SME IPO are expected to list on NSE SME on November 16. The refunds will be initiated on November 13 and the shares will be credited to demat accounts on November 15.
