IPOs next week: IRM Energy IPO to WomanCart IPO; 3 new issues, 1 listing planned for the primary market
IPOs next week: The primary market saw some large listings last month in both the motherboard segment and the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment, keeping investors busy with subscriptions and listings. In the second week of October there is a lot of activity on the market – also packed with new listings and initial public offerings (IPOs) that are available for subscription.
Ongoing topics include the IPO of Arvind And Company Shipping SME, which will close on Monday, October 16. Let’s take a look at some of the companies that are open for subscriptions this week, as well as some that will be listed on the stock exchanges.
IRM Energy IPO:
The Motherboard Edition opens for subscription on Wednesday, October 18th and ends on Friday, October 20th. IRM Energy IPO is a book edition by ₹545.40 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1.08 crore. The price range of the issue is ₹480 tons ₹505 per share. The issue will be listed on BSE and NSE stock exchanges. The provisional listing date is Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
WomanCart IPO:The SME IPO is open for subscription on October 16, 2023 and closes on October 18, 2023. The WomanCart IPO is a fixed price offering of ₹9.56 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of shares worth ₹11.12 lakh. WomanCart’s IPO price is ₹86 per share. The company’s issue will be listed on the NSE SME. The provisional listing date is Friday, October 27, 2023.
Rajgor Castor Derivatives IPO:The SME IPO is open for subscription on October 17, 2023 and closes on October 20, 2023. Rajgor Castor Derivatives IPO is a book edition of ₹47.81 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh issues totaling 88.95 lakh shares ₹44.48 crores and offer for sale of 6.66 lakh shares with a total value of ₹3.33 crore.
