IPO Wrap: There are four other ASX listings booked for April debuts – and one of them is a lithium play
- Two explorers are trading on the ASX before Easter and two after Anzac Day
- RLF AgTech, the technology provider for plant-based proton delivery, is expected to be listed before Easter
- Koba is the spin-off of New World Resources’ portfolio of cobalt assets
From Explorers to Agritech, five stocks will be listed on the ASX over the next two weeks.
However, please note that these listing dates are highly speculative.

These companies will be listed next week:
Osmond Resources (ASX:OSM)
Listing: April 19
IPO: $5M at $0.20
The explorer and developer is targeting the discovery of gold and base metals.
In SA, the Company owns the Yumbarra Project (nickel and mineral sands) along with the Fowler, Coorabie Shear Zone and Tallacootra projects (nickel/copper and gold).
The Sandford project in Victoria is prospective for gold and base metals (copper, lead, silver and zinc) as well as ionic REE clays and heavy mineral sands.
RLF AgTech (ASX:RLF)
Listing: April 20th
IPO: $10M at $0.20
RLF focuses on the manufacture and distribution of technology-based plant nutrition products.
Plant Proton Delivery Technology (PPD Tech) aims to solve some of the world’s greatest agricultural, environmental and human challenges, enabling farmers to grow higher-yielding, higher-quality and more nutritious produce while massively reducing atmospheric carbon.
And these companies are listed after Anzac Day:
Lithium Plus Minerals (ASX:LPM)
Listing: April 26th
IPO: $10M at $0.25
The lithium explorer is focused on exploring its 19 issued exploration licenses and three exploration licenses pending in the Northern Territory.
The properties are located in the Bynoe and Arunta regions and assuming the three pending land applications are approved, the total area held will exceed 1,690 km2.
The Company says the properties are showing significant early exploration success through soil sampling, mapping, fieldwork and RC drilling programs completed in 2017.
Koba Resources (ASX:KOB)
Listing: April 27th
IPO: $8M at $0.20
The Company was formed to spin off New World Resources’ cobalt portfolio into a new, standalone, ASX-listed company.
Assets include the Blackpine, Colson and Panther cobalt-copper projects, all located in the Idaho Cobalt Belt of the United States – one of the premier cobalt districts in the western world.
While most of the world’s cobalt production comes from copper and/or nickel mines that recover cobalt as a secondary by-product, the Idaho Cobalt Belt is unusual in that it hosts several mineral occurrences where cobalt is the element of primary value.
Maronan Metals (ASX:MMA)
Listing: April 29th
IPO: $5.5M at $0.20
The explorer is focused on the Maronan lead-silver-copper-gold project in northwest Queensland.
An initial JORC 2012 compliant mineral resource estimate for the project was reported by Red Metal (ASX:RDM) in 2015 – of which the company is a wholly owned subsidiary.
The spin-off and IPO will allow the Company to test the project’s significant exploration potential, including drilling for additional near-surface, high-grade copper-gold and lead-silver mineralization, as well as the potentially larger, higher-grade copper-gold and lead-zinc -Silver extensions in depth.
