IPO Alert: CYC Nepal Microfinance to Issue 395,336 Shares as of Today – The Himalayan Times – Nepal’s #1 English Daily

KATHMANDU, APRIL 15

CYC Nepal Laghbitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited today completed its initial public offering (IPO) to the general public.

The microfinance company has applied for 395,336 unit shares valued at Rs.3.95 crore as of April 15, 2022. The early completion of the issue is scheduled for April 19, 2022.

If the issue is signed by the early issue deadline, an extension to April 29 can also be expected.

Among the 395,366 shares; 0.5 percent of the issued capital, ie 6,082 units, will be allocated to the company’s employees, while 5 percent of the total shares offered will be allocated to the general public, ie 19,766 units, to the mutual funds.

Meanwhile, the remaining 3,69,488 units are open to the general public for subscription.

Global IME Capital Limited is the issuance manager for the IPO offering.

Applicants may place subscription orders for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,000 units.
