Check Landmark Cars IPO Allotment Status Online: The initial public offering (IPO) of a premium automobile dealer landmark cars was subscribed for at 3.06 times the 80.41 lakh shares offered during the December 13-15, 2022 subscription period. The price range has been set at Rs 481-506 per share.
The Landmark Cars IPO received bids for over 2.46 billion (2,46,45,911) shares against a total issue volume of over 80.41 lakh (80,41,805) shares, data available on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) showed.
The shares allotted to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) were subscribed 8.71 times, while those from non-institutional investors 1.32 times and those from retail investors (RIIs) only 59 percent, or 0.59 times were drawn. Regardless, the employee share was drawn 2.93 times, the data showed.
Landmark Cars Rs 552 crore IPO includes a new issue of shares totaling Rs 150 crore and an offer to sell (OFS) of up to Rs 402 crore. The Company plans to use the proceeds from the reissuance to prepay loans drawn by the Company’s subsidiaries and for general corporate purposes.
Investors now look forward to the share grant date of Landmark Cars’ IPO. The Company expects to complete the allocation by Tuesday, December 20, 2022 in accordance with the schedule outlined in the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP). In addition to the registrar’s website, applicants can also check the status of their allocation on the BSE’s website (click here: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx). Here they need to select Equity in Issue Type, then select LANDMARK CARS LIMITED from the drop-down list in the Issue Name section and enter their application number or PAN number in the appropriate field. Then they have to tick the box “I’m not a robot” and then click “Search” to see their status.
The listing of Landmark Cars shares is expected to take place on Friday 23 December 2022on both the NSE and the BSE.
