One of the favorites to win the Super Bowl has made moves to acquire a big-name wide receiver.

The Philadelphia Eagles signed seven-time Pro Bowler Julio Jones to a one-year contract on Tuesday.

Seven-time Pro Bowl WR Julio Jones is signing a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to sources. Jones will be reunited with his former Titans teammate AJ Brown, who pushed for Tennessee to trade him from Atlanta.

Jones was a free agent this season after spending last season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Eagles attempted to sign the veteran after placing Quez Watkins on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

Jones will reportedly start on the practice squad and then be elevated to the 53-man roster, a process that typically occurs when teams sign free agents this late in the season.

The Eagles were +750 to win the Super Bowl before acquiring Jones and remain +750 on FanDuel. None of the other futures odds have been adjusted.

Sean Koerner, NFL betting analyst for Action Network, said he doesn’t expect any adjustments in the futures markets.

Jones has 13,269 receiving yards in his career, the most of any active player in the NFL. He will likely serve as the No. 3 or 4 wide receiver for the Eagles along with AJ Brown, Devonta Smith and Olamide Zaccheaus.
