Chi Ko Holdings (CKHL), a Hong Kong-based construction services provider, has filed for a proposed $8 million IPO.
Chi Ko didn’t specify how many shares it intended to offer, or the price, in its filing, however specified in a Registration fee schedule that it aimed to raise around $8 million. EF Hutton acts as bookrunner, according to the file.
The Hong Kong company hopes to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the symbol CKHL.
The company is profitable. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, Chi Ko reported net income of $4 million on sales of $61 million.
