Harshdeep Hortico IPO Allotment Status: The Harshdeep Hortico IPO share allotment has been completed. The initial public offering (IPO) of Harshdeep Hortico took place between January 29 and 31 at a price range of around ₹42-45 per share.
Investors who have applied for the IPO can check their allotment status on the IPO registrar Link Intime portal or on the BSE website.
The company will begin the refund process on Friday, February 2nd for applicants who have not been allocated shares. Meanwhile, the shares will be credited on February 2 to the demat accounts of the applicants to whom the shares have been allotted.
The company is scheduled to list on the BSE SME on Monday, February 5.

Harshdeep Hortico IPO GMP today
Harshdeep Hortico IPO GMP today or gray market premium today, is ₹20 per share. This represents a premium of 44.44 percent compared to the issue price at the time of listing ₹65. The GMP was the same in the previous session and increased from ₹15 on January 30th and ₹12 on January 29th.
However, it is important to note that the gray market premium is only an indicator of how the company's shares are performing in the unlisted market and can change quickly.
Harshdeep Hortico IPO Subscription Status
The issue recorded exceptional subscriptions until the last day of the bidding. By the end of the third day, the IPO had been subscribed a whopping 131.69 times. Offers were received for 29.23 crore shares against 22.20 lakh shares in the offer. The IPO was subscribed 3.16 times on the first day and 19.59 times on the second day.
The QIB portion was the most subscribed with 213.53 times, followed by the NII category which was subscribed 181.95 times. Meanwhile, the retail investor quota was bid 98.25 times in the three days.
Harshdeep Hortico IPO details
The ₹The ₹19.09 crore IPO is a pure fresh issue of 42.42 lakh shares without any offering component.
The Company intends to use the issue proceeds for full or partial repayment and/or early repayment of certain borrowings incurred by the Company, to meet working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.
Investors could bid for a minimum lot size of 3,000 shares. The minimum investment amount required of private investors was ₹1.35 lakh. Meanwhile, the minimum investment size for HNIs was 2 lots (6,000 shares) worth ₹2.7 lakh.
Around 50 percent of the net offering was reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), no less than 35 percent was reserved for retail investors and no less than 15 percent of the offering was booked for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs).
