The initial public offering (IPO) of planter manufacturer Harshdeep Hortico will open for subscription on January 29, 2024 and close on January 31, 2024. The price range for the upcoming IPO is at ₹42 to ₹45 per share, according to chittorgarh.com.
Harshdeep Hortico IPO is a book edition by ₹19.09 crores. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 42.42 lakh shares. Investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 3,000 shares. The minimum investment amount required by private investors is ₹135,000. The minimum investment size for HNI is 2 lots (6,000 shares) worth ₹270,000.

Around 50% of the net offering is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), at least 35% is reserved for retail investors and at least 15% of the offering is reserved for NII (HNI) investors.
Hem Securities Limited is the underwriter of Harshdeep Hortico's IPO while Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar for the issue. The market maker for Harshdeep Hortico's IPO is Hem Finlease.
The allotment for Harshdeep Hortico's IPO is expected to close on Thursday, February 1, 2024. The IPO will be listed on the BSE SME with the tentative IPO set for Monday, February 5, 2024.
