Hainan Manaslu Acquisition Corp. has priced its initial public offering at $60 million and its units are expected to trade on the Nasdaq on Thursday, August 11, 2022 under the symbol “HMACU.”
The new SPAC aims to focus on targets with high growth potential in the post-COVID era-19 Market, including companies targeting large consumer segments, platform-based companies and products targeting the younger generation of consumers. Hainan Manaslu is led by Chairman and CEO Zhifan Zhou, CFO Wenyi Shen and CIO Xun Zhang.
The total number of SPAC deals for 2022 is now 74. This offer is expected to end on Monday 15th August.
Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager for the IPO. Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP acts as Issuer’s Counsel Blank Rom LLP served as Underwriter’s Counsel. Friedman LLP is acting as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company acts as trustee.
