GoodRx investors’ claims about the IPO will be scrapped forever

By Bonnie Eslinger (June 10, 2022 at 9:57 p.m. EDT) — A California judge gave a final say in a lawsuit with investors in which he accused GoodRx of inflating the health technology company’s share price by breaking news of a competing Amazon program hidden in it and said a revised lawsuit filed Thursday was missing facts showing the defendants knew about the competitor’s plans.

In his nine-page ruling, US District Judge David Carter said the lack of new evidence again nullified investors’ claims.
