Therefore, to celebrate the immeasurable success of EPBL’s BSE IPO for SMEs and to inspire more SMEs to follow this path, EP Kamat Group held a celebration on October 13, 2022 at D’Lila Banquet Hall in Mulgaon, Bicholim-Goa organizes the glorious attendance of Chief Guest, Hon’ble CM of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, Keynote Speaker Mr. Ajay Thakur – Head, SME & Start-up, BSE India, Guest of Honor and Dr. Chandrakant Shetye, MLA Bicholim. Greetings, appreciation and applause culminated at the event, the growing success of EP Biocomposites Limited’s BSE IPO.
EPBL’s commitment to providing eco-friendly products has transformed the state forever, with smarter solutions like wastewater treatment plants that take care of the health and well-being of citizens and the environment by effectively treating and managing effluent from residential and commercial complexes. The company also manufactures other eco-friendly products such as bio-digester toilets, wastewater treatment equipment, FRP doors and related products.
On this occasion, Dr. Pramod Sawant, Chief Guest Hon’ble CM of Goa; “It is wonderful to see such promising prospects emerging from our state. With a grand vision of Swayampurna, EP Kamat Group has once again taken Goa forward to make it a model state in the country. The success of EPBL’s IPO is a testament to the trust and credibility the company enjoys and I am confident that with such dedicated efforts we will see a much cleaner and greener state in the near future.”
Additionally, the keynote speaker, Mr. Ajay Thakur, Head of SME & Start-up, BSE India, commended the efforts and delivering on promises that EP Kamat Group has witnessed in Goa over the years. “Today, BSE is the largest SME platform in India with over 400 listed companies. I am very pleased with the success of EPBL’s BSE IPO. The company’s vision is commendable and will reach great heights in the future. No wonder the IPO was 17.48 times oversubscribed. I am honored to be part of this celebration that holds many more auspicious aspirations for the future, and I look forward to witnessing the larger gestures and a determined endeavor in the years to come.”
EPBL will use the IPO funds for growth by expanding its team and geographic footprint, and aims to migrate to mainboard replacement within the next 2-3 years.
As the celebrations continued, guest of honor Dr. Chandrakant Shetye, MLA Bicholim, shared his thoughts and gratitude and appreciation for starting. “EP Kamat Group has done a great job helping the state with environmentally friendly products and services. I am pleased that they employ more than 85% local people in their factory.
EPBL’s BSE IPO is also the way forward for many other SME entrepreneurs.”
