Wood products and forestry company Nature Wood Group (NWGL) has filed for a proposed $30 million IPO.
The company didn’t disclose the size or price of the deal, but said it did in a table of fees look over to raise around $30 million.
Nature Wood hopes to list its American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq under the symbol NWGL. Oriented and Prime Number Capital are acting as underwriters.
Founded in the British Virgin Islands, Nature Wood operates through subsidiaries in Peru, France, Hong Kong and Macau. The Company is engaged in forestry, harvesting and wood processing activities and produces products such as lumber, logs, decking and charcoal.
Nature Wood is profitable. For 2022, the company reported total net income of $4.5 million on sales of $55.3 million, according to the filing.
