The comprehensive IPO includes a fresh issue of 1.74 crore shares worth Rs 400.00 crore and an offer for sale of 1.04 crore shares worth Rs 240.05 crore. On January 20, 2024, EPACK Durable's IPO witnessed a subscription of 0.82x, with the retail category oversubscribed by 1.27x. The QIB category witnessed a minimum subscription of 0.01 times while the NII category witnessed 0.86 times subscription.
