Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd. announced that it has applied for an IPO.
The company did not disclose the number of shares it plans to offer or the proposed offering price per share in Friday’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund equity requirements for its late stage development projects, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Enlight Renewable is a global renewable energy platform founded in 2008. The Israel-based company primarily generates revenue from the sale of electricity generated by its renewable energy assets, the filing said.
Revenue for the nine months ended September 30 was $131.3 million, compared to $67.4 million for the same period last year. Profit attributed to the company’s owners was $19.4 million for the period, compared to $7.5 million a year earlier.
The Company intends to apply to list its shares under the symbol ENLT.
