Sep 19 (Reuters) – Australia’s Link Administration Holdings (LNK.AX) said on Monday Canadian software company Dye & Durham Ltd (DND.TO) could not accept the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s condition on its takeover of the share register firm and had reduced its offer from A$1 per share.
Britain’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) said earlier this month that Link Fund Solutions, one of seven UK-regulated Link-owned companies that managed the now-collapsed LF Woodford Equity Income Fund, could be forced to spend as much as £306m pounds to be paid in compensation. Continue reading
