DreamFolks Services IPO begins on March 24th

The initial public offering (IPO) of airport services aggregator platform DreamFolks Services is scheduled to open for subscription on Wednesday 24 August 2022 at Dalal Street.

The IPO will remain open to bidding until Friday, August 26, 2022.

The company will sell its shares in the range of Rs 308-326 in its first share sale.

A bidder may bid in lots, and one lot of Dreamfolks’ IPO will include 46 shares of the company.

The promoters, Liberatha Peter Kallat, Dinesh Nagpal and Mukesh Yadav, are selling up to 1.72 million shares in the IPO.

The Company will not receive any direct proceeds from the offering and all of the offering proceeds will be received by the selling shareholders.

Dreamfolks Services is India’s largest airport services aggregator platform, providing passengers with an enhanced airport experience by leveraging a technology-driven platform.

The company’s operating income has increased from Rs 98.69 crore in FY 2017 to Rs 165.99 crore in FY 2018 to Rs 248.28 crore in FY 2019 and Rs 367.04 crore in FY 2020 at one CAGR of 54.93%. Its EBITDA increased from Rs 8.64 crore in FY2017 to Rs 45.85 crore in FY2020 at a CAGR of 74.37%.
