Merqueo, a digital grocery retailer with offices in Colombia and Brazil, said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday that the company would pull out of its planned IPO.
The company said it has decided not to go ahead with the proposed offering at this time, adding that it will be conducting a private offering afterwards.
Merqueo first filed for its IPO in December. At the time, the company planned to list its shares on the Nasdaq.
