DelaPlex IPO: The IPO of IT solutions provider DelaPlex Ltd, which opened for public subscription on Thursday, January 25, was already oversubscribed within a few hours. The IPO will remain open until Tuesday, January 30th. Till 5:08 pm on the first day of offering on Thursday, the Rs 46.08-crore SME IPO received 2.98 times subscription and received bids for 47,53,200 shares against 15,94,800 shares in the offer.
The retail category received 4.80x subscriptions and the non-institutional quota received 1.93x subscriptions. The QIB category received a 0.58x subscription.
The allotment of Delaplex's IPO will take place on January 31, while the listing on NSE SME will take place on February 2, 2024.
DelaPlex IPO GMP today
According to market observers, unlisted shares of DelaPlex Ltd are trading Rs 125 higher than their issue price in the gray market. The gray market premium or GMP of Rs 125 means that the gray market expects a listing gain of 65.1 per cent from the public issue. The GMP is based on market sentiment and is constantly changing.
“Gray market premium” indicates investors’ willingness to pay more than the issue price.
DelaPlex IPO details
The DelaPlex IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 18 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 34.56 crore and an offer for sale of 6 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 11.52 crore.
The price range for DelaPlex's IPO has been set at Rs 186-192 per share. The minimum lot size for registration is 600 shares. The minimum investment amount required for retail investors is Rs 1,15,200. The minimum investment size for HNI is 2 lots (1,200 shares) worth Rs 2,30,400.
Shreni Shares Limited is the underwriter of the DelaPlex IPO while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar for the issue. The market maker for DelaPlex's IPO is Shreni Shares.
