CleanCore Solutions is reducing the expected size of its initial public offering, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

CleanCore Solutions is reducing the expected size of its initial public offering, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The cleaning products developer and maker said Friday that it is now issuing 1 million shares, up from a previous estimate of 1.5 million shares.

The Company plans to file for listing of its Class B shares on the New York Stock Exchange American under the symbol ZONE and continues to expect an initial public offering price of between $4.00 and $6.00 per share.

The company expects net proceeds of approximately $3.76 million. In October, the company had forecast net revenue of $6.1 million.
