Chinese e-sports content provider and events operator NeoTV (NTV) has filed for a $55 million IPO.
NeoTV did not specify how many shares it intends to offer or the price in its filing specified in a Registration fee schedule that it wanted to raise around $55 million. Prime Number Capital acts as Lead Bookrunner.
The company hopes to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the symbol NTV.
NeoTV is based in Shanghai but incorporated in the Cayman Islands and operates in China through a Variable Interest Entity (VIE) and its subsidiary NeoTV Beijing.
The company is in the red. For the six-month period ended June 30, NeoTV reported a net loss of $437,000 on revenue of $7.2 million.
In July, Indian esports company Mobile Global Esports (MGAM), also known as Mogo, raised $6 million through a US IPO.
