A major report on how traders are positioned in futures markets for everything from soybeans and oil to forex has been delayed for a second straight week following the recent ransomware attack on ION Trading UK.
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission will not release its Commitment of Traders report due Friday, the regulator said via email. It will be further delayed until all trades can be reported, the agency said.
