Brera Holdings PLC (NASDAQ: BREA) today announced pricing for its initial public offering of 1,500,000 Class B common shares at a public price of $5.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of $7,500,000 (the “Offering” ). , gross of actuarial discounts, commissions and other offering costs. In addition, Brera Holdings has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 225,000 additional Class B common shares at the public offering price of $5.00 per share, less underwriting rebates and commissions, to cover any over-allotment.
The shares are expected to trade today on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “BREA.” The offering is expected to close on January 31, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Revere Securities, LLC is acting as underwriter for the offering.
