BUZZ-Brazil's Nubank is trading above its IPO price for the first time in almost two years
** Shares in the Brazilian digital bank Nubank NOW.N raise 1% and is trading above the initial public offering (IPO) price for the first time in almost two years
** The lender backed by Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway has priced its Nasdaq IPO December2021 at $9.00 per share, which marked an all-time high of $11.85 the following day
** Shares of Nubank rose 1.13% to $9.04 in early afternoon trading, on track to close above $9.00 for the first time since then February2022
** Since the lender's IPO has has nearly doubled its customer base to over 90 million Customersmainly in Brazil, but also in Mexico and Colombia
** After plunging 56.61% in 2022, shares of the lender have since recovered, more than doubling in 2023 and gaining another 7.20% this year through Tuesday
