BioLingus, a Swiss biotech company based in the Cayman Islands, filed for an IPO on Friday. The Company intends to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “SUBL”. It said it expects to offer 3 million common shares at a price of $15 to $16 each. In its IPO filing, BioLingus said its research focused on oral drug delivery via the sublingual area. The company said it was in the development phase, had no revenue and reported a net loss of $1.4 million for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2022.
