Azitra Inc. announced Monday that it plans to list 2.4 million shares of its common stock at an expected price of $5 each.
The biopharmaceutical company said it is “focused on developing innovative therapies for precision dermatology using artificial proteins and topical live biotherapeutics.”

Azitra Inc. announced Monday that it plans to list 2.4 million shares of its common stock at an expected price of $5 each.
The biopharmaceutical company said it is “focused on developing innovative therapies for precision dermatology using artificial proteins and topical live biotherapeutics.”
Azitra said it entered into a joint development agreement with Bayer in December 2019, “under which we agreed to co-develop certain strains selected from our proprietary microbial library.”
Bios Equity Entities, Bayer Health Care LLC and Connecticut Innovations Inc. are among Azitra’s major shareholders.
Azitra said it applied to be listed on the NYSE American under the symbol AZTR.
ThinkEquity is listed as the underwriter of the offering.
