Once the stock market opens at 9:15 a.m. today, Azad Engineering shares will be listed. The share price is expected to be 40 percent above the IPO price range, as predicted by the company's gray market premium.
According to the BSE notification in this regard, shares of Azad Engineering will be listed in a special pre-open session which is expected to go live around 10 am.
The BSE notice said: “Trading participants of the Exchange are hereby informed that the shares of Azad Engineering Limited will be listed and available for trading in the 'B' Group List of the Exchange from Thursday, December 28, 2023 “Securities.”
