The Aeroflex Industries IPO includes the issuance of shares worth ₹The offering, with a face value of 162 crore and an offer to sell (OFS) of up to 1.75 crore shares by the selling shareholders and the promoter group of promoters consists of ₹2 per share.

According to DRHP, the proceeds from the new issuance will be used to service debt, meet working capital needs and set aside a portion for general corporate purposes and acquisitions for inorganic development.
