Each unit consists of one share, one tradable warrant and one non-tradable warrant.
Meanwhile, selling shareholders are offering 1.86 million shares under a separate resale prospectus.
60 Degrees specializes in anti-infectious disease drugs. Its malaria prevention drug Arakoda was launched in 2019.
