GRAND FORKS – A downpour didn’t stop the yearbook
Home of Economy Joe Perkerewicz Memorial Tractor Pull Saturday 23rd July 2022.

In this photo, Phil Klopp of Argyle, Minnesota leads his 1958 Oliver 770 tractor down the track in the super 4,000 pound division. Dozens of local tractor pullers attended what is believed to be the 30th annual tractor puller sanctioned by the Northern Tractor Pullers Association.

Klopp and his son Matthew, who also brought an Oliver tractor, have been competing for five years.

Klopp’s tractor is mostly stock, although he’s done some work on the injectors and applied custom paint.
