Jerry J Murphy by Monona is this week’s You Toon winner.
His caption about Joe Biden’s cookout hit more than 80 submissions. Murphy wins publication of his line with the cartoon completed today. He will also receive a signed print by artist Phil Hands.
Runners-up and their suggested subtitles include:
