Many smaller cities in particular have these discounted flights, so if you live near Savannah, Georgia or Reno, Nevada, for example, then you’re in luck. One of the best parts of this deal is that it’s a discount on premium economy seats – most of the deals we’ve usually featured are for economy or basic economy, so at least this time you’re comfortable and cheap flights to Istanbul can get a significant discount.
The cheapest options for a February 10 flight to Istanbul from JFK in New York City are the two flights operated by Delta and Air France. One flight leaves New York City at 7:30 p.m. and the other at 9:30 p.m. Both include a stopover in Paris (CDG) so the choice is just a matter of preference.

For the return flight to New York City on February 17, Delta and Air France have two early morning options departing Istanbul at 7:25 am. One of the flights is two hours longer than the other due to a longer layover in Paris.
