The biggest movers on European stock markets on Wednesday morning include drinks maker Davide Campari Milano, food-to-go retailer Greggs and insurer NN Group.
Davide Campari Milan: Shares of the Italy-based company fell 5.7 percent, making it the biggest loser on Europe's Stoxx 600 stock index, after the company said it had raised 1.2 billion euros in shares and convertible bonds to support the Cognac's $1.3 billion takeover of Courvoisier, announced last month.
Greggs: The U.K.-based retailer of sausage rolls and other pastries rose 7.4 percent on Wednesday morning after reporting that overall sales rose nearly 20 percent last year and announcing plans to open up to 160 stores in 2024 .
NN group: Shares of the Netherlands-based company rose 4.1 percent after it announced a 300 million euro deal with several consumer groups to sell unit-linked insurance products and said it planned a double-digit dividend increase in 2023.
