Weddings are an affair of the heart – and believe it or not, the invitations alone eat up a large part of the budget for the big day.
So instead of letting her extra save the dates sit and collect dust, this woman decided to send them out to a few famous faces for fun. But she didn't expect any of them to actually answer. Look at that:
TikTok user Bree (@breevmusic) explained that she was working from home when she decided to check the mailbox, which contained some very special correspondence.
After seeing an official-looking stamp and a few fancy signatures, she knew exactly what it would be – but had to wait an agonizing few hours for her new wife, Jean, to get home from work.
In a vlog about her excitement, Bree, from the US, gushed: “I'm freaking out. My wife isn't even home, so I have to wait about three more hours before I can tell her this news. I just walk up and down my house. I'm just freaking out.
Bree said she called her mother and best friend to let them know, adding that even her debilitating sciatica couldn't stop her from pacing restlessly around the house as she waited for her significant other to arrive.
Social media users were immediately excited about the invitation saga, but had to wait a while for an update.
But eventually Bree's blushing new bride returned home and they carefully opened the letter together.

If you're wondering who managed to get this newlywed couple so excited with just a piece of paper, it's none other than former US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle.
Her response was: “Dear Bree and Jean, congratulations on your wedding! We hope your marriage is blessed with love, laughter and happiness and that your bond grows stronger with each passing year.”
“This occasion marks the beginning of a lifelong partnership and as you embark on this journey, know that you have our best interests at heart for the many joys and adventures that lie ahead.”
The sweet news from the celebrity couple loved by millions sparked excitement from both of them, and Bree said they would have it professionally framed so it could take pride of place on their block.
Even the envelope is hung on the wall – that's how excited they were to receive mail from a megastar.
After initially suspecting that the two signatures used to sign the congratulations were printed, Bree was even more pleased when she noticed that the ink had bled through the paper – indicating that they were actually handwritten signatures acted.
In a follow-up video, she gasped: “That’s a real signature! That is real! I'm totally freaking out again! The saga continues.”

Bree and Jean got married on September 2 last year – although there was no chance the former president and first lady would attend their evening wedding reception, the couple were still absolutely overjoyed with their reaction.
The TikToker beamed: “Barack – the President’s stamp, Barack Obama’s signature, postage and fees paid. He didn't have to pay for postage, he's Barack Obama! President of the United States! I don't care who the president is.” Barack Obama is my president! Barack Obama sent me mail!”
Bree also revealed that Obama was her very first follower when she joined Twitter back in the day – which drove her nuts since she forgot to mention it when she sent him an invite.
“He was actually my first Twitter follower, which is really bizarre and I'm not kidding about that. People keep thinking I’m lying, but no,” she said. “I should have mentioned that in the wedding invitation I sent him!”
The newlywed explained she also sent invites to people like Drew Barrymore and some TikTok creators she enjoys watching — but Obama apparently took the biscuit.
For those thinking about taking a cue from Bree's book, she revealed that she simply googled his mailing address to find out where to send her wedding invitation.
