Unless it’s a red carpet event, we don’t usually get to see the spouses of our favorite stars. Here are some of our favorite celebrity spouses and how their love began.

1.Caroline Boyer Bryan

American Idol judge Luke Bryan met Caroline Boyer Bryan in 1998 while he was attending Georgia Southern University. At the time he was a senior while she was a freshman. Bryan explained that meeting his wife was love at first sight. At one point, the couple split, but got back together five years later.

The Bryans married on December 8, 2006 after many years of dating. Together they have two sons, Thomas Boyer Bryan (14) and Tatum Christopher Bryan (11). In 2014, the couple legally adopted Luke’s late sister’s children, Tilden, Jordan and Kris, after their father died.

2.Donnie Wahlberg

The Masked Singer panelist Jenny McCarthy is married to New Kids on The Block member Donnie Wahlberg. Their love was ignited when Wahlberg was part of McCarthy’s VH1 talk show in 2013. Although they had met before, it was on this show that their romance began.

McCarthy and Wahlberg tied the knot on August 31, 2014. Although this couple has no children together, both brought children from other marriages. Shortly after the wedding, fans got a glimpse of their relationship on reality series Donnie Loves Jenny.

3. Chrissy Teigen

Voice coach John Legend met Chrissy Teigen on a music video set in 2009 and they began dating soon after. In December 2011, the couple was engaged. 4. Shante Broadus

Though American Song Contest host Snoop Dogg and his wife Shante Broadus have gone through tough times, they’ve always gotten back to each other. In 1997, Snoop Dogg married his high school sweetheart, Broadus. After almost five years together, he filed for divorce because of irreconcilable differences. This couple got back together and remarried in 2008.

The couple now have two sons and one daughter together, Cordé, 27, Cordell, 25, and Cori Broadus, 21. Snoop Dogg also has a son, Julian Corrie Broadus (24), from a relationship with Laurie Holmond.

5. Georges LeBar

RuPaul Charles met his spouse Georges LeBar in 1994 at the Limelight nightclub in New York City. After countless years of dating, the couple married in January 2017. This couple maintains an open marriage status as RuPaul doesn’t want to put “restrictions” on the person he loves. They currently have no children together.

6. Chris Hughes

British Got Talent judge Amanda Holden is married to record producer Chris Hughes. They reportedly met in 2003 and later began dating in 2004. After nearly four years of dating, Holden and Hughes tied the knot on December 10, 2008. Together they have two children, Alexa Louise Florence Hughes, 16, and Hollie Rose Hughes, 10.
