You see them run super fit on catwalks and hunt villains in movies with great ease. However, the secret of their health might surprise you. The health and nutritional practices that they have followed for ages are completely unusual.

2. Kendall Jenner’s taking detox tea is amazing. She drinks a total of 12 cups of detox tea in a day. She starts her day with one cup and fits the other 11 cups somewhere in the day.

3. Kate Hudson says she is on a highly alkaline diet. Basically, 60-80% of your total daily caloric intake comes from eating various fruits, vegetables, tofu and nuts.

4. Cardi B has a hair mask recipe in which she adds raw eggs, bananas, and argan oil. Not only that, she also puts a bit of mayo and avocado in it.
