Police were called to a verbal domestic violence dispute where three officers attended the scene along with a supervisor to try to calm the recent argument.
It's not the first time police have been called to the property. Previously, it came back in August and September when Zolciak claimed she didn't feel safe in the house.
As a result, the courts have had to step in to try to maintain control, and a TMZ document states, “Neither party may enter the other party's individually assigned space in the marital home without permission.”
It continues: “No parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence or earshot of the minor children.”
Financial problems in their homes
Zolciak had previously attempted to sell his clothes and her daughter's handbags for money, with the couple reportedly struggling to support themselves.
They are also selling their Georgia mansion in Alpharetta for $6 million as they continue to try to find money. Their money is running so low that Biermann had to return his Rolls-Royce to BMW.
