The actor bought a farm in Connecticut and decided to expand his land by purchasing its outbuildings. However, problems arose when it came to accessing a specific piece of land that had a house on it. The owner was strangely hesitant to go through with the transaction and eventually confessed the reasons behind it bacon.
At first, the actor understood the homeowner’s refusal to sell the house since he grew up there. However, the real reasons later came to light.
“I can’t sell it to you because it’s haunted and I’m afraid you’ll become possessed and cause serious damage.” bacon says during his conversation Lion.
Kevin Bacon’s surprising deal
Ultimately, both sides reached an unorthodox agreement.
“We agreed contractually that he would have to demolish the house in about a month. “It was a long process,” he explained. bacon remembered that he wanted to take some furniture from the old farmhouse, but his partner was completely against it: “You’re not going to put that damn stuff in our house.”
In any case, bacon has stated that he has never had a paranormal experience. In any case, the actor didn’t let it bother him and even confessed that he would like to experience it at some point. At the moment it seems that the house he bought and destroyed did not allow him to do this.
