It has not been confirmed by doctors or family but we can all say this is extremely serious. If it was indeed a stroke, we need to look at what level of stress Jamie was under in the days leading up to the event. Jamie reportedly filmed some scenes from his Netflix movie Back in Action with Cameron Diaz.

So much drama and stress can weigh on anyone. We’re not saying Jamie Foxx succumbed to all that pressure and suffered a stroke, but we can’t completely rule out the possibility. Production of the film prior to this medical emergency was extremely chaotic, starting with Cameron Diaz’s decision to step down once production was completed. Jamie Fox collapsed during filming in the UK last month, prompting several production staff to be laid off.
A bomb threat and a scam against Jamie Foxx
During filming in the UK, The Sun reported that one of the staff happened after they tried to cheat Jamie Foxx out of £33,000, which involved buying a luxury Rolex watch. But that wasn’t the most incredible part of this story, there was also a bomb threat during production. Filming was halted last month when the production crew found a World War II bomb that had not exploded on set in London. This happened just before two big action scenes were filmed. All of this chaos led to the reports of Cameron Diaz’s decision to retire. But none of that matters until we know Jamie Foxx is okay.
