Actress Mia Goth has come under fire for her alleged aggressive behavior on a film set. On Friday, January 12, the actress was sued by a background actor named James Hunter for allegedly kicking him in the head with her boot and later taunting him. The alleged incident occurred back in April last year during filming of the final part of Ti West's X-trilogy, MaXXXine.
The lawsuit accused Goth of assault and even named her alongside A24 Studios and director Ti West in an allegation of wrongful termination. Netizens were divided when the incident occurred, as many of Mia's die-hard fans continued to support the actress, while a host of others called on fans to support the actress. One X user commented:

The incident occurred on the very first night of filming the scene. Mia Goth, who played Maxine, just had to run past the man, step over the man at some point, look down at him once, and then keep running. In the fourth shot, Goth's feet reportedly came pretty close to James' face as she almost stepped on him instead of over him.
The extra informed the second assistant director of the problem, who in turn informed Goth. But in the very next shot, Mia Goth is said to have kicked James Hunter in the face with her boot. Hunter claimed the alleged act was intentional. Hunter claimed that the pain he felt in his head was aggravated by the drying of the fake blood on his priest's robe, which was very painful to remove.
The incident didn't happen there, as James went to the bathroom after filming the scene, where he was reportedly joined by an agitated Mia Goth, who “mocked, ridiculed and belittled” the man and even dared him to do something against her Antics. The man also felt dizzy on the drive home. The very next day he was informed that his services would no longer be required for the remaining two days.
