JJust a few days ago, New York City hosted the Met Gala 2024one of the fashion world's most famous charity parties.

There were famous guests like Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Hemsworth, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Emily Ratajkowski and more present. British actress and model Cara Delevingne was there too and she found time to speak to Variety magazine.

Her message was aimed at those who struggle daily with addiction to stay sober.

“You're not alone. If I can do it, anyone can do it. But you have to communicate and be honest as much as possible, especially with yourself,” she said.

It's worth remembering Cara Delevingne went through a very complicated time in her life.
